Morgaine le Fey is one of Diana's greatest mystical threats. His mind control abilities, plotting several steps ahead and overall, arrogance, make him one of the most dangerous humans she's ever faced. He admitted killing him was the only way to end the debacle, and so she did, which proved that Lord was just as cerebral as he was maniacal. She ended up snapping Lord's neck to cease his control over Superman, which was broadcast live to the world, and also fractured the Trinity. Lord was distrustful of super-humans and used the Brother Eye satellite system to plot against them, culminating in him controlling Superman and forcing the Man of Steel to fight Wonder Woman. He got his comeuppance, though, at Diana's hands. He's most renowned for putting a bullet through his superhero ally, Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), killing him without remorse. Recently, he resurfaced in the comics, pitting the League against the Suicide Squad, but his past machinations as part of the evil syndicate, Checkmate, stand out the most. Wonder Woman: Bloodlines will be released on Blu-ray and Digital sometime this year.Max Lord was a benefactor and a key cog in the Justice League International team. #Wonder woman enemies plus
Always here for that female representation! Plus those villains are all interesting and fun. Giganta, Cheetah, Silver Swan, Doctor Poison, and more.
I really like that all of her enemies are going to be female. It’s okay to skip her origin of saving Steve, guys! Besides that, I’m actually looking forward to this. One of my biggest gripes about the film is that it’s incredibly odd that they started the film with her origin story. While the Amazons can handle many things, they won’t be able to win this fight without their Wonder Woman. Doctor Poison and Cyber take it a step further and bring war upon Themyscira. However, things start to get out of hand and some of Diana’s greatest foes come to fight the former princess. Diana and Steve have teamed up to take out baddies before attempting some diplomatic solutions. Seeing his arrival as a sign, she abandons her home and fights for mankind. Steve crashes his plane in the waters of Themyscira and is rescued by Diana. The trailer starts with the story we’re all pretty well versed in now. Set in the New 52 continuity, Diana is sent on a mission to save mankind – but the biggest threat will come from her own home.
